About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and implement sales strategy in the appointed territory
  • Deliver Sell In performance targets, including volume, revenue, and other business targets
  • Screen prospective partners
  • Coach distributor sales representatives to drive Sell Out performance
  • Develop territory distributor Sell In and Sell Out plans according to PU strategy
  • Develop city-level workshop coverage and activation plans
  • Ensure appropriately sized distributor DSR teams with adequate Castrol product-selling capability
  • Conduct monthly, weekly, and daily reviews with DSRs on Sell Out progress and activation execution
  • Coach DSRs to meet targets
  • Develop key workshop customers and land investment deals while meeting Castrol ROI requirements
  • Ensure sales forecasts and distributor and workshop customer information are accurately reflected in Castrol internal systems
  • Communicate customer voices, market dynamics, and competitor moves internally to support business decisions
  • Lead or serve as focal point for assigned territory projects
  • Ensure third-party and intermediary activities comply with bp’s Code of Conduct, local competition law, country regulations, and bp, segment, and regional policies and standards
