About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and implement sales strategy in the appointed territory
- Deliver Sell In performance targets, including volume, revenue, and other business targets
- Screen prospective partners
- Coach distributor sales representatives to drive Sell Out performance
- Develop territory distributor Sell In and Sell Out plans according to PU strategy
- Develop city-level workshop coverage and activation plans
- Ensure appropriately sized distributor DSR teams with adequate Castrol product-selling capability
- Conduct monthly, weekly, and daily reviews with DSRs on Sell Out progress and activation execution
- Coach DSRs to meet targets
- Develop key workshop customers and land investment deals while meeting Castrol ROI requirements
- Ensure sales forecasts and distributor and workshop customer information are accurately reflected in Castrol internal systems
- Communicate customer voices, market dynamics, and competitor moves internally to support business decisions
- Lead or serve as focal point for assigned territory projects
- Ensure third-party and intermediary activities comply with bp’s Code of Conduct, local competition law, country regulations, and bp, segment, and regional policies and standards
