About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Report to the Principal Category Manager for Production
  • Provide analytical, tactical, and execution support to the PSCM Production Category Team
  • Deliver category strategies and execute supplier and contract management activities
  • Build effective working relationships with Production stakeholders / regional teams, PSCM category teams, and local suppliers
  • Support supplier relationship management, contract compliance, sourcing execution, and category plan delivery
  • Contribute to safe, efficient, and compliant supply chain activity
  • Manage performance reviews with stakeholders and suppliers
  • Use of data and analytics to drive insights

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • University degree in Procurement/Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, a technical discipline, or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years of relevant sourcing, category management, supply chain, or operations support experience; experience supporting production / operations is preferred
  • Strong analytical, commercial, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Working knowledge of systems such as Open Invoice, Ariba, Ironclad and SAP, and analytical tools such as Excel and Power BI
  • Interest in applying digital tools and AI-enabled workflows
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across disciplines, cultures, geographies, organizational levels, and supplier organizations
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States; and not require sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., TN, H1B status), now or in the future.
