About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Report to the Principal Category Manager for Production
- Provide analytical, tactical, and execution support to the PSCM Production Category Team
- Deliver category strategies and execute supplier and contract management activities
- Build effective working relationships with Production stakeholders / regional teams, PSCM category teams, and local suppliers
- Support supplier relationship management, contract compliance, sourcing execution, and category plan delivery
- Contribute to safe, efficient, and compliant supply chain activity
- Manage performance reviews with stakeholders and suppliers
- Use of data and analytics to drive insights
Requirements
What you’ll need- University degree in Procurement/Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, a technical discipline, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of relevant sourcing, category management, supply chain, or operations support experience; experience supporting production / operations is preferred
- Strong analytical, commercial, written, and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of systems such as Open Invoice, Ariba, Ironclad and SAP, and analytical tools such as Excel and Power BI
- Interest in applying digital tools and AI-enabled workflows
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across disciplines, cultures, geographies, organizational levels, and supplier organizations
- Legally authorized to work in the United States; and not require sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., TN, H1B status), now or in the future.
