About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Supporting the end-to-end procurement lifecycle through administrative, coordination, and customer management support.
  • Supporting the development and implementation of supplier relationship management strategies.
  • Acting as the primary coordination point for supplier engagements.

  • Identifying potential issues, risks, and process improvement opportunities.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Diploma qualification in Business Administration or a related rigor preferred.
  • Previous experience in an administrative, coordinator, executive support, procurement support, or team support role within a dynamic environment.
  • Experience coordinating meetings, events, travel arrangements, and participant communications.
  • Experience building effective relationships with internal collaborators and external suppliers.
  • Experience supporting multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proven partner management and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the confidence to challenge constructively and propose solutions.
  • Highly adaptable and proactive, with a strong commitment to delivering quality outcomes.
  • Excellent listening skills and emotional intelligence.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and functions.
