Requirements
What you’ll need- Extensive years’ of experience in operations leadership within a multi-national matrix organisation, ideally in the lubricants or FMCG sector.
- Strong knowledge of product lifecycle management, supply chain processes, and operational excellence frameworks.
- Excellent leadership and partner management skills to unite cross-functional teams.
- Strategic approach with the ability to manage both high-level planning and operational details.
- Expertise in regulatory compliance, packaging standards, and innovation pipeline management.
