Key responsibilities & impact
  • drive the delivery of complex software and AI-powered solutions
  • collaborate with deep technical experts (software engineers, architects and data/AI teams)
  • orchestrate multiple and large, multi-functional engineering initiatives
  • manage end-to-end delivery, align technical work with commercial goals
  • handle risks and dependencies, and drive clarity across diverse partners
  • shape roadmaps, lead cross-team programmes, contribute to technical discussions, and ensure strong execution and reporting

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven experience of project management, technical program management, or related roles
  • Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-team projects
  • Familiarity with the AI/ML lifecycle (model training, deployment, monitoring, MLOps) and AI/ML-based products or platforms
  • Familiarity with Agile & Waterfall techniques (i.e PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum)
  • Experience in highly regulated or complex domains (e.g., FinTech, healthcare, insurance, Energy Sector)
  • Experience as software engineer with hands-on experience in building complex systems
