- Establish and maintain global visibility of materials
- Develop and deploy a global Materials Management strategy
- Oversee materials demand planning aligned to Wells activity plans
- Establish governance across the full materials lifecycle
- Provide oversight of regional non‑conformance compliance
- Define standards for warehousing and material flow
- Own the global critical materials framework
- Govern materials master data to global standards
- Act as the global MM focal point for stakeholders
- Define and track global MM performance metrics
