  • Delivering pricing capability through advanced analytics, modelling & automation
  • Develop scalable models and insights that directly improve price realization, optimize gross-to-net performance
  • Turn data into actionable pricing recommendations
  • Support smarter, faster & more consistent decision-making across the business

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in data science, operations research, pricing analytics, or commercial analytics
  • Strong problem-solving capability with a quantitative mindset
  • Demonstrated ability to translate analytical outputs into business impact
  • Exposure to pricing, revenue management, or commercial strategy is highly advantageous
  • Statistical modelling / econometrics
  • Optimization techniques (e.g., linear programming, scenario optimization)
  • Demand modelling and price elasticity
  • Data manipulation and analysis (Python, R, SQL for example)
  • Build and maintain models to address core pricing challenges: Price elasticity and demand forecasting
  • Willingness to pay and price sensitivity
  • Scenario modelling and price optimization
  • Apply operations research techniques to solve pricing and portfolio optimization problems
  • Continuously refine models to improve accuracy, scalability, and commercial relevance
  • Drive gross-to-net analytics & price realization
  • Deliver insights to improve product mix, price positioning, and portfolio structure
  • Analyze performance across: Channels (DIY, DIFM, B2B) Customer segments and key accounts Pack sizes, specifications, and price tiers
  • Support development of price ladders and segmentation strategies
  • Build reusable analytical tools, models, and dashboards
  • Support automation of pricing workflows and reporting processes
  • Improve speed and consistency of pricing decision-making through scalable solutions
  • Contribute to the evolution of pricing tools (e.g., Nova, dashboards, analytics platforms)
  • Turn complex analytical outputs into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Support cases with quantified revenue and margin impact
  • Work closely with Pricing, Sales, Finance, and Marketing teams to embed insights into decisions
  • Contribute to insight-led storytelling for senior partners.
