About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze and optimize existing accounting processes and financial operations to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Apply accounting policies consistently and accurately to various financial transactions
- Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement within financial data.
- Support the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and internal standards.
- Contributes to the design and implementation of business process controls to mitigate risks and ensure data integrity.
- Identify and implement business operational improvements, leveraging digital automation where applicable.
- Collaborate with internal partners to understand business needs and provide customer-centric solutions.
- Participate in internal control and compliance activities, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Build and maintain documentation for accounting processes and procedures.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Relevant degree and experience in related Finance area
- Good level of analytical skills, numeracy and good financial understanding
- Fluency in English
- Customer- focused thinking
- Strong communication and cooperation skills
- Readiness for action and ability to work under pressure
- Self-confident appearance in relations to the internal contacts
- Works as an integrated part of the team
