About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Analyze and improve organizational processes to enhance operations through continuous improvement methods
  • Conduct process mapping, statistical data analysis, and root cause analysis
  • Lead and facilitate continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies
  • Coach employees in the use and implementation of continuous improvement and Lean principles
  • Provide regular progress reports against site objectives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
  • At least five years of relevant experience within a similar industry
  • Intermediate skills in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and database programming (SQL)
  • Experience in developing and managing Leader Standard Work, Visual Management Systems, Management Accountability Systems, Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA), Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, and 5S/Workplace Organization
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • This role requires at least 50% travel
  • Intermediate understanding and experience in core engineering and data analysis functions
