About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the Global Health Risk profile, maintaining bp’s Global Health Risk Register
- Strengthen governance and decision-making by supplying clear health risk inputs to GORC, SORCs and other risk forums
- Coordinate health inputs to bp risk taxonomy, risk definition and risk bowtie portfolios
- Support global management of priority health risks, including blue- purple and other group-critical risks
- Embed consistent health risk management across the business by supporting Regions and Health Hubs with frameworks
- Maintain clear, consistent bp health requirements and guidance, including health content in OMS
- Drive conformance to OMS Health requirements by leading implementation of health-related OMS content
- Support OMS health data and insights to track conformance and highlight performance risks or improvement opportunities
- Act as SME for designated Health topics
