Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead disciplined management of L&O, third-party and T&E budgets
  • Deliver an integrated global health plan by driving the planning and prioritisation framework
  • Enable effective portfolio delivery and strengthen decision-making
  • Lead transparent tracking of the global health performance plan
  • Support internal and external health reporting and benchmarking activity
  • Provide clear reporting on OMS conformance with health requirements
  • Lead the health data strategy working with Technology
  • Deliver actionable health insights by shaping data use cases and narrative

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in Health, Operations and/or HSE&C
  • Experience in financial stewardship including budgeting, forecasting, performance management and cost control for complex portfolios
  • Proven expertise in health data strategy, health data management and health data analytics
  • Experience providing evidence-based and accurate health reporting and benchmarking
  • Demonstrated capability in health portfolio management and governance
  • Proficiency in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and tools such as Kanbanize, Azure DevOps (ADO), Teams Planner
  • Experience in cross-functional planning and alignment processes
  • Professional certification in a related health discipline, with relevant licensure/registration
