About the role
- Prospecting, acquisition, and retention of earnify TM fleet card customers
- Meeting and exceeding defined sales quotas
- Working as a member of an extended account management team
- Conducting account reviews with key customers
- Representing bp and fleet card in local, regional, and industry events
- Spending 60% of time in the field, meeting customers and prospecting at retail stations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in business, sales, marketing, or a related field
- 2–4 years of sales or business experience
- Experience in fleet, payment, or oil & gas industries is a plus
- Familiarity with fleet management and operations
- Proficient in writing, speaking, listening, and cold calling
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to engage and influence decision-makers
