About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Prospecting, acquisition, and retention of earnify TM fleet card customers
  • Meeting and exceeding defined sales quotas
  • Working as a member of an extended account management team
  • Conducting account reviews with key customers
  • Representing bp and fleet card in local, regional, and industry events
  • Spending 60% of time in the field, meeting customers and prospecting at retail stations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in business, sales, marketing, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of sales or business experience
  • Experience in fleet, payment, or oil & gas industries is a plus
  • Familiarity with fleet management and operations
  • Proficient in writing, speaking, listening, and cold calling
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to engage and influence decision-makers
