About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Sell, grow, and support Castrol Passenger Car Oil (PCO) business
  • Maximize profitable growth of Castrol brands
  • Visit customers and prospects four days per week
  • Support and train Distributor Sales Representatives
  • Maintain a robust pipeline for prospects
  • Leverage PowerBI to manage territory
  • Ensure compliance with bp’s Code of Conduct, Values and Behaviors and HSSE Standards

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 80% travel required (50-60% overnight)
  • Ability to work autonomously in sales territories
  • Budgeting, forecasting, and financial management skills
  • Proficient with Salesforce and Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
