About the role
- Sell, grow, and support Castrol Passenger Car Oil (PCO) business
- Maximize profitable growth of Castrol brands
- Visit customers and prospects four days per week
- Support and train Distributor Sales Representatives
- Maintain a robust pipeline for prospects
- Leverage PowerBI to manage territory
- Ensure compliance with bp’s Code of Conduct, Values and Behaviors and HSSE Standards
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 80% travel required (50-60% overnight)
- Ability to work autonomously in sales territories
- Budgeting, forecasting, and financial management skills
- Proficient with Salesforce and Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
