About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the implementation of marketing programs in the Italian market
  • Handle the marketing budget
  • Identify markets, segments, and key channels for marketing offer activation
  • Identify essential touchpoints to design customer loyalty programs toward the brand
  • Define the annual marketing plan for the designated channels
  • Implement the marketing offer based on defined customer targets and/or designated channels
  • Monitor the progress of marketing activities by tracking critical metrics
  • Manage the local product portfolio
  • Collaborate with agencies and strategic partners for planning marketing programs
  • Interact with key commercial partners in the market in collaboration with sales managers
  • Ensure execution of activities in line with company quality standards

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree in Marketing or related fields
  • Italian language proficiency at a native level
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Proven professional experience in marketing/sales — preferably in structured (multinational) environments
  • Excellent relational and communication skills
  • Project management skills and ability to interact with various professional roles (both locally and internationally)
  • Strong analytical skills and performance management capabilities
  • Background in the B2B sector / Experience in Trade or Customer Marketing Management considered a plus
  • Experience in the activation of digital offers considered a plus
