About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the implementation of marketing programs in the Italian market
- Handle the marketing budget
- Identify markets, segments, and key channels for marketing offer activation
- Identify essential touchpoints to design customer loyalty programs toward the brand
- Define the annual marketing plan for the designated channels
- Implement the marketing offer based on defined customer targets and/or designated channels
- Monitor the progress of marketing activities by tracking critical metrics
- Manage the local product portfolio
- Collaborate with agencies and strategic partners for planning marketing programs
- Interact with key commercial partners in the market in collaboration with sales managers
- Ensure execution of activities in line with company quality standards
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Marketing or related fields
- Italian language proficiency at a native level
- Excellent command of the English language
- Proven professional experience in marketing/sales — preferably in structured (multinational) environments
- Excellent relational and communication skills
- Project management skills and ability to interact with various professional roles (both locally and internationally)
- Strong analytical skills and performance management capabilities
- Background in the B2B sector / Experience in Trade or Customer Marketing Management considered a plus
- Experience in the activation of digital offers considered a plus
