About the role

  • Define and articulate a compelling product vision and strategy that aligns with business objectives and customer needs
  • Apply deep knowledge of retail operations, including field execution, store processes, and supply chain, to inform product decisions
  • Champion Customer-centric thinking throughout the product lifecycle
  • Lead and implement Agility core practices, fostering a collaborative development environment
  • Facilitate effective Collaboration across engineering, design, marketing, and other teams
  • Develop and maintain strong Partner relationship management, influencing key stakeholders
  • Establish clear metrics for success and rigorously measure product features and initiatives
  • Drive Creativity and Innovation in problem-solving and product ideation
  • Effectively communicate product roadmaps, updates, and key decisions to diverse audiences
  • Oversee and guide the Managing and optimizing design process
  • Demonstrate strong leadership in Leading through ambiguity
  • Champion the use of Prototyping and other validation techniques

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Design)
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager in a Staff or equivalent leadership role
  • Leverage retail operations experience especially field execution and store-level processes
  • Deep understanding and practical application of Agility core practices
  • Demonstrated ability to drive Creativity and Innovation in product development
  • Exceptional Communication, Facilitation, and Influencing skills
  • Strong experience in Customer centric thinking and user research methodologies
  • Proficiency in navigating and demonstrating Digital Ecosystems
  • Experience in Creating and measuring impact for digital products
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams and foster Collaboration
  • Expertise in Partner relationship management and stakeholder engagement
  • Experience with Prototyping and rapid iteration
  • Demonstrated ability in Leading through ambiguity and complex problem-solving
  • Experience in Managing and optimizing design processes
  • Prior experience in Knowledge Sharing initiatives and mentoring
  • Ability to contribute to Managing Performance within a team
