Lead end-to-end development of tools supporting Palantir deployment
Build, implement, and maintain scalable data models, pipelines
Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, technology teams, and business stakeholders
Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the Palantir environment
Develop and automate testing frameworks, environment cleanup, and quality checks
Integrate Palantir with external systems via APIs
Stay ahead of industry trends by evaluating and incorporating new tools
Conduct workshops and provide training on Palantir best practices

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of experience in data engineering, with at least 2 years focused on Palantir Foundry or similar big data platforms
Demonstrated eagerness to learn and experiment with new tools
Proven expertise in data modeling, including schema design, performance optimization
Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, and working with APIs for data ingestion and egress
Strong understanding of ETL processes, data quality frameworks, and version control systems such as Git
Excellent problem-solving skills
