About the role
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team for the Earnify Fleet Card
- Develop training programs to improve sales techniques and customer engagement
- Implement sales and account strategies to acquire new customers
- Lead customer engagement initiatives and support field activities
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in business, sales, marketing, or related field
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience
- Experience in leadership or sales management
- Experience managing remote teams
- Background in fleet management, financial services, payments, or oil & gas preferred
- Proven ability to inspire and develop teams
