About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure a satisfactory quality standard in meeting the needs of assigned clients (BP Hospital, BP Mirante, internal and external clinics).
- Manage and forecast demand by monitoring daily consumption so materials are maintained at required stock levels.
- Collect the data necessary for planning, scheduling and control through reports and information displayed in the system screens.
- Analyze and interpret consumption data for the replenishment of materials and medications using system screens.
- Monitor critical items for replenishment (physical & system) through physical counts.
- Track strategic schedules (commercial agreements with Purchasing and suppliers) according to the delivery dates provided by Purchasing.
- Control loans in and out of materials and medications to external hospitals through stock balance analysis and system screens.
- Maintain inventory through daily reports and records.
- Monitor newly standardized items based on data from internal committees (CFT / CIM).
- Monitor items with no consumption for de-standardization based on system-generated information.
- Assist in the follow-up of deliveries with suppliers, monitor deadlines established in purchase orders, and evaluate the impact of potential supplier delays using reports.
- Perform duties in accordance with the organization's established safety culture practices.
- Be aware of environmental aspects and impacts, as well as the legal requirements applicable to your activities, supporting actions to minimize and improve environmental performance in pursuit of process compliance.
- Know and apply the operational environmental control procedures applicable to your area, specifically those for waste management, liquid effluents, atmospheric emissions and natural resources, seeking compliance and promoting understanding and application of these routines across related areas, contributing to the achievement of established environmental objectives.
- Know and support emergency situations by conducting and/or participating in drills related to environmental emergency response plans and in actual incidents, when applicable.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Computer Science or related fields.
- Intermediate Excel.
- Experience in inventory management / demand planning.
- Knowledge of the GTPlan tool and the Tasy system.
- Preferred: courses or training in related activity areas.
