About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Will work directly on strategic digital transformation initiatives, such as the patient app and portal, the physician portal, virtual assistants, among others.
  • Support the evolution of digital products by conducting journey analyses, understanding user needs, and contributing technically to the prioritization, detailing, and implementation of initiatives.
  • Act as the interface between business, operations, and technology, ensuring functional alignment, clear requirements, and adherence to defined objectives.
  • Actively participate in the entire lifecycle of digital products, contributing insights, requirements gathering, analyses, testing, and monitoring of value, performance, and adoption indicators.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required
  • Preferred: degree in Information Technology, Systems Analysis, Computer Science, healthcare or related fields
  • Postgraduate degree and/or MBA in related areas
  • Proven experience with Hospital Management Systems and the Tasy ERP
  • Desired: BPM, SQL, ITIL, and Agile methodologies
  • Proven experience in IT systems
  • Strategic experience and vision in digital products (virtual assistants, health portals and apps, etc.), with a focus on alignment with business goals
  • Analytical ability to identify needs, pain points, and opportunities for improvement
  • Experience prioritizing backlogs based on strategic impact, user value, and technical feasibility
  • Knowledge of product metrics and indicators (KPIs, OKRs, adoption and experience metrics) and ability to analyze and interpret them
  • Ability to translate business needs into clear, well-defined user stories
  • Strong communication and coordination skills with development teams and requesting stakeholders
  • Strategic vision and experience in digital transformation and agile methodologies
  • Collaborative, team-oriented profile
