About the role

  • Lead end-to-end product performance analysis, ensuring compliance with corporate guidelines and leading strategic working groups to execute and monitor action plans;
  • Develop, manage, and improve performance indicators that enable critical analysis and strategic insight, converting data into reliable inputs for decision-making;
  • Continuously monitor product performance and adherence to Managed Procedures, anticipating risks, identifying opportunities, and recommending structural improvements to optimize results;
  • Propose and implement innovative solutions, including automation initiatives and process improvements, with a focus on efficiency, scalability, and sustainability;
  • Perform advanced analyses of cost, margin, profitability, and product viability, guiding strategic decisions and fostering cross-functional collaboration;
  • Represent the area in strategic committees related to the implementation and standardization of new items, evaluating contracts and proposing billing opportunities;
  • Prepare high-complexity impact studies on changes and/or substitutions of supplies, contributing to innovation, healthcare delivery efficiency, and financial sustainability;
  • Act as a technical and strategic reference for mid-level and junior analysts, supporting, training, and promoting the team's technical and professional development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with strong analytical and financial skills;
  • Advanced Office suite skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Preferred: knowledge of financial mathematics;
  • Previous experience in hospital institutions with emphasis on commercial negotiations in the sector;
  • Knowledge of healthcare remuneration tables and product development in formats other than FFS (fee-for-service).
