About the role

  • This professional will be responsible for planning and structuring the collection, analysis, and interpretation of clinical, operational, and administrative data to support strategic decision-making.
  • Acts as a link between technical and clinical areas to contribute to process improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with different areas of the institution that develop databases and data analyses in Excel, Access, systems, and analytics to streamline the development and use of BP data as strategic information for execution plans across departments and business units;
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and interactive visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar for monthly monitoring of margins and the results of designed products;
  • Ensure the quality, consistency, and governance of the data used by the areas;
  • Participate in the planning, initiation, execution, and monitoring of projects for new models and internal improvements to assess the financial and operational viability of proposals;
  • Be familiar with environmental aspects and impacts, as well as the legal requirements applicable to their activities, supporting actions to minimize environmental impacts and improve process compliance;
  • Know and apply operational environmental control procedures relevant to their area—specifically waste management, liquid effluent management, atmospheric emissions, and natural resource management—seeking compliance and promoting understanding and implementation of routines across related areas to help meet established environmental objectives;
  • Be familiar with and support emergency situations by conducting and/or participating in drills related to environmental emergency response plans and by assisting in real incidents, when applicable.

Requirements

  • EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • SPECIALIZATION: Postgraduate degree or MBA in Data Science, project management, or related areas (preferred).
  • TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE: Advanced Microsoft Office, Power BI, Tableau, RedCap, and programming languages such as Python or R. Desirable: Basic knowledge of hospital operations and methodologies for process development and improvement (Design Thinking and Agile methodologies) will be an advantage. Experience with PROADI-SUS.
  • EXPERIENCE: Proven experience in data analysis and data management, working in complex environments and using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, RedCap, and programming languages (Python and/or R), supporting decision-making through structured analyses, reports, and indicators. Experience in process improvement projects applying agile methodologies, preferably in hospital settings and PROADI-SUS programs.
