About the role

  • This professional will be responsible for planning, structuring data collection, analyzing and interpreting clinical, operational, and administrative data to support decision-making.
  • Extract, organize, and process data from hospital systems and projects under development;
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and interactive visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar for monthly monitoring of margins and results of designed products;
  • Ensure the quality, integrity, and standardization of data used for analysis;
  • Participate in the planning, initiation, execution, and monitoring of projects for new models and improvements, and provide analyses to support tactical decisions across clinical, administrative, and operational areas.
  • Understand environmental aspects and impacts, as well as the legal requirements applicable to their activities, supporting actions to minimize impacts and improve environmental performance to ensure process compliance;
  • Know and apply operational environmental control procedures relevant to their area, specifically waste management, liquid effluent management, atmospheric emissions, and natural resource management, seeking compliance and promoting understanding and application of routines across related areas, contributing to achieving established environmental objectives;
  • Support emergency situations by conducting and/or participating in drills related to environmental emergency response plans and responding to actual incidents, when applicable.

Requirements

  • EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields.
  • SPECIALIZATION: Postgraduate degree or MBA in Data Science, project management, or related areas is desirable.
  • TECHNICAL SKILLS: Advanced Office skills, Power BI, Tableau, RedCap, and programming languages such as Python or R. Basic knowledge of hospital operations and process development/improvement methodologies (such as Design Thinking and Agile methodologies) is a plus.
  • EXPERIENCE: Proven experience in data analysis and projects related to operations or healthcare, applying statistical techniques, visualization, and programming to support decision-making.
