Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Current Montana licensure as a Registered Nurse
  • American Heart Association BLS
  • 2 years of nursing experience
  • Competence in and willingness and ability to practice modified primary nursing
  • Ability to work in a busy and stressful environment
  • Creativity, problem analysis, and decision-making ability
  • Ability to work varied shifts
  • Tact, discretion, sensitivity, and confidentiality
  • Self-directed; completes assignments accurately, thoroughly, and with minimal oversight
  • Strong emotional intelligence, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds repeatedly
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, climb, twist, bend, stoop, kneel, reach above shoulder level, push/pull, and perform fine-finger movements as required
  • Continuous close visual acuity for reading computer screens, printed materials, and handwritten materials
  • Continuous cognitive ability to learn tasks, remember processes, maintain focus, complete tasks independently, and make timely decisions
  • Ability to work around bloodborne pathogens, radiation, chemicals, medications, infectious diseases, and emotionally challenging situations
