Communications

• Assist Retail Marketing Manager in delivering effective promotional campaigns and marketing support for shop estate
• Take campaigns from inception to delivery and assess effectiveness
• Oversee briefing, delivery and execution of Retail Marketing campaigns as directed by RMM
• Act as main point of contact for Operations management and shop teams on marketing activity, displays, promotional instruction and queries
• Maximise communications to shop teams using email, SharePoint, conference calls and other tools
• Work on local promotions to drive business growth at specific shop level
• Assist HRM in wider business communications through the intranet SharePoint
• Manage SharePoint intranet site and deliver retail/wider business communications as required
• Work closely with Machines and BOYLE Xtra teams and suppliers to meet business needs and reflect wider business goals
• Build strong relationships with Central Operations team and suppliers to maximise shop ordering efficiency
• Make recommendations based on collated information relating to competitive shop activity
• Regularly visit BOYLE Sports shops and liaise with Broadcast Studio and Operations management teams
• Undertake additional duties as determined by the RMM
