About the role
- Draft legal documents (pleadings, motions, etc.) for negotiations and proceedings.
- Take depositions, attend hearings, conduct mediation, and represent clients at trial.
- Conduct legal research, assist with preparation for hearings, and provide legal counsel to clients.
- Analyze legal matters, advise clients, and negotiate on their behalf.
- Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and clients to ensure efficient case management.
- Maintain up-to-date client files for easy access by the team.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Florida and/or Georgia Bar Admission
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong time management and problem-solving abilities.
- Superior attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with others.
- Must meet billing goal expectations.
