About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive B2B sales by presenting the Company’s offerings, including corporate gifts, office pantry solutions, smart vending machines, and hotel amenities, to new and existing clients.
  • Own the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation and qualification to pitching, negotiation, and closing.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales KPIs, including revenue targets and client acquisition goals.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate accounts across multiple industries, ensuring repeat business and long-term retention.
  • Coordinate corporate orders and assist with planning and executing marketing campaigns, activations, and sampling activities.
  • Craft and manage client-facing communications, including outreach emails, customized proposals, and recap presentations.
  • Track sales performance metrics, pipeline progress, and conversion rates using internal tools and dashboards.
  • Oversee client receivables and ensure timely payments and account follow-ups.
  • Deliver after-sales support to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and a seamless client experience.
  • Handle administrative tasks, such as preparing sales reports, drafting contracts, generating invoices, and processing POs.
  • Liaise with internal teams to resolve issues and provide timely updates on order and delivery statuses.
  • Support ad hoc projects or cross-functional initiatives as assigned by your supervisor.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in servicing of B2B clients or Corporate Account Management preferred.
  • Bachelors degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • A creative problem-solver who can think on their feet and make decisions quickly
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (i.e. VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and PowerPoint
  • Empathetic towards customers and our fulfilment teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Possess good insight and business acumen
  • People-oriented and able to build rapport with stakeholders
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in food and beverage or hospitality industry is a plus.
