Business Development Rep

• Generate and follow up on leads through virtual channels (LinkedIn, email, video calls, phone)
• Develop and maintain referral sources through online networking, research, and outreach
• Conduct client interactions primarily through virtual meetings (Calendly, Zoom, Teams), calls, and emails
• Establish and maintain business relationships using CRM systems to identify and grow account opportunities
• Proactively research potential clients and engage with inbound sales & marketing to bring them into the sales funnel
• Report and analyze customer feedback and trends to support business improvements, automation, and learning opportunities
• Collaborate with senior BDMs, department heads, and team members on strategies and initiatives for business development
• Participate in structured training and ongoing coaching to build skills in client engagement, CRM use, and revenue growth strategies
• Assist senior BDMs with virtual meetings, networking, and outreach while progressively taking on more responsibility
• Support key projects and contribute new ideas to help achieve business objectives
