Event Operations Lead
Boxbar TechEvent Operations Lead at Boxbar managing beverage technology units during live events across the United States, ensuring service quality and operational efficiency.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the setup, operation and breakdown of Boxbar units at live events.
- Ensure Boxbar units and bar areas are clean, organized, stocked and ready for service.
- Assist with basic technical checks and first-line troubleshooting during events.
- Train and support venue staff on how to use Boxbar equipment correctly.
- Act as a professional on-site representative for Boxbar.
- Communicate clearly with venue teams, event partners and Boxbar management.
- Monitor the performance of the units during the event and escalate issues quickly.
- Support customer service and guest experience where required.
- Help maintain safe, tidy and compliant working areas throughout the event.
- Assist with loading, unloading, equipment movement and post-event clean down.
- Complete simple post-event reports and feedback forms.
- Follow all Boxbar operating procedures, venue policies and health and safety requirements.
- Support wider event delivery activity where needed.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must be able to work event-based shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Must be able to travel to event sites as required
- Must be comfortable with physical work, including standing for long periods, lifting, moving equipment and supporting setup/breakdown.
- Must be able to follow venue rules, safety procedures and Boxbar operating standards.
- Access to reliable transportation is preferred.
