About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Proactively analyze and assess clients' insurance needs, offering impartial professional advice, particularly in complex cases such as VHIS switching and multi-policy holders.
- Effectively handle referral leads received from various marketing channels and the customer service team, ensuring timely and professional follow-up through diverse communication channels such as phone calls, WhatsApp, and in-person or virtual meetings.
- Participate in offline marketing events periodically to foster relationships with current customers.
- Continuously gather feedback from customers and provide valuable insights to the customer proposition team to enhance product-market alignment.
- Provide support for ad-hoc business projects as required.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1-3+ years of work experience in the insurance sector or insurance agency/brokerage is mandatory.
- Proficient knowledge of individual insurance products and a solid understanding of insurance company operations.
- Possession of a professional qualification in financial planning is advantageous.
- Required to have completed IIQE Paper 1 and 3.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.
- Energetic personality with a strong ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
