About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the monthly business review process
- Execute granular Line of Business (LOB) reporting
- Partner with Data Engineering teams for financial data integration
- Play a key role in annual budgeting cycle
- Build and maintain rolling forecasts
- Monitor the Cash Conversion Cycle
- Conduct deep-dive Value vs. Cost analyses
- Perform rigorous "What-If" stress testing
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3–5 years of experience in FP&A or Corporate Finance within the insurance sector
- Expert-level understanding of P&L structures, cash flow management, and capital allocation
- 3–5 years of experience in Actuarial Pricing or Valuations
- Strong desire to pivot into a commercial, "business-side" role
- Ability to explain why something happened and suggest next actions
- Comfortable with modern data stacks
