Key responsibilities & impact

Own the monthly business review process
Execute granular Line of Business (LOB) reporting
Partner with Data Engineering teams for financial data integration
Play a key role in annual budgeting cycle
Build and maintain rolling forecasts
Monitor the Cash Conversion Cycle

Requirements

What you’ll need

3–5 years of experience in FP&A or Corporate Finance within the insurance sector
Expert-level understanding of P&L structures, cash flow management, and capital allocation
3–5 years of experience in Actuarial Pricing or Valuations
Strong desire to pivot into a commercial, "business-side" role
Ability to explain why something happened and suggest next actions
Comfortable with modern data stacks
