About the role
- Identify needed onsite support for continued training and performance management.
- Create comprehensive training plans and agendas for various initiatives based on the type of need in the location.
- Coordinate rollout of new brand standards, procedures, or systems across centers.
- Work with various departments to identify project needs, including training and retraining, operational gaps/inefficiencies, opportunities for growth, and changes to existing processes.
- Coordinate specialty training (kitchen, bar, amusements, events) with departments.
- Help local teams understand and implement training priorities or deadlines.
- Establish KPI’s for training success.
- Implement assessments and audits to maintain training standards.
- Manage regional or roving field training managers.
- Stay up to date with trends in adult learning, hospitality, and operational excellence.
- Use feedback and data analytics to continuously refine programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 5 -7 years of experience in hospitality, training, or a managerial role.
- Proven track record in implementing training programs for frontline and/or management staff.
- Experience in performance coaching, leadership development, and hospitality service standards is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams is essential.
