Key responsibilities & impact

Support TA analytics reporting by contributing sourcing funnel data, pipeline conversion metrics, and time-to-engage benchmarks
Proactively source and identify qualified candidates across corporate, field management, sales, and hourly talent pools using LinkedIn Recruiter
Build and maintain warm pipelines for high-volume and hard-to-fill roles
Own the day-to-day administration of the recruiting CRM
Develop sourcing strategies tailored to each role tier
Monitor advertising spend across job boards, programmatic platforms, social channels, and targeted display
Conduct ongoing labor market research to identify talent availability and competitor hiring activity

Requirements

What you’ll need

2–4 years of sourcing or recruiting experience
Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search methodology
Hands-on experience managing a recruiting CRM (iCIMS, Beamery, Candidate.ID, Greenhouse, or similar)
Familiarity with programmatic job advertising platforms and recruitment media management
Strong written communication skills
Comfort working with data, pulling reports, interpreting trends, and presenting findings to stakeholders
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple pipelines and priorities simultaneously
