About the role
- Design on-brand marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro)
- Create engaging short-form social content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) that reflects the energy of our centers
- Film and edit video using phone-based or simple editing tools
- Write clear, engaging copy for social media, email campaigns, and website updates
- Support website updates and digital promotions
- Assist with email marketing campaigns and seasonal initiatives
- Collaborate with operations and leadership teams to execute campaigns and promotions
Requirements
- Experience working in Adobe Creative Suite
- A solid understanding of layout, branding consistency, and visual presentation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to write in a consistent brand voice
- Experience creating short-form social content that feels current and engaging
- Comfortable balancing creativity with deadlines
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects
- Nice to-haves: Website management or website-building experience
- Email marketing experience
- Basic familiarity with tracking engagement or content performance
