About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead Salesforce development teams across multiple projects and initiatives
  • Provide technical direction, architecture guidance, and code review oversight
  • Drive best practices for Salesforce development, deployment, and governance
  • Mentor and coach junior and mid-level developers
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects and business stakeholders to define scalable technical solutions
  • Design, develop, and implement enterprise Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flow, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, REST/SOAP APIs
  • Analyze existing Salesforce orgs and identify opportunities for optimization and refactoring
  • Lead integration efforts between Salesforce and third-party enterprise applications
  • Support lead-to-cash, quote-to-order, case management, and customer support processes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8+ years of Salesforce Development Experience
  • 2+ years in Salesforce Technical Lead Role
  • Strong hands-on experience with Apex Development, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flow, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce APIs & Integrations
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce governor limits, Security & sharing model, Order of execution, Enterprise design patterns
  • Proven ability to lead development teams and mentor engineers
  • Strong stakeholder communication and client-facing skills
  • Experience with Salesforce deployment and CI/CD tools
