About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own and manage the product backlog for AI-powered SMS and Email Marketing features
Translate product strategy into clear epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release execution with Engineering
Partner with Data Science to operationalize AI/ML-driven personalization and optimization
Own the React.js front-end experience, ensuring usability, performance, and scalability
Drive experimentation (A/B testing) to improve engagement, conversion, and revenue
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and mentor junior Product Owners

Requirements

What you’ll need

6+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Operations, or Product Analytics roles
Strong experience delivering complex, customer-facing software products
Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics, funnels, and experimentation
Comfort working with engineering teams on technical tradeoffs and dependencies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in martech, messaging platforms, or enterprise eCommerce ecosystems (preferred)
Familiarity with SMS and email delivery systems and personalization technologies (preferred)
Exposure to AI/ML-powered product features (preferred)
Working knowledge of React.js front-end architecture (preferred)
Experience with tools such as Jira, Amplitude, or Looker (preferred)
