Backend Engineer

• Provide L3 support for banking applications, troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues in both production and non-production environments.
• Collaborate with development teams to analyze and optimize existing systems for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Address critical incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions to prevent recurrence.
• Develop, test, and deploy enhancements, bug fixes, and new features for Java applications.
• Conduct comprehensive unit, integration, and system tests to validate the quality and functionality of code changes.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and support staff.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of software and support services.
• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for system design, support procedures, incident resolutions, and development tasks.
