About the role
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned programs, ensuring SLA adherence, efficiency, and profitability.
- Manage quoting, sales, planning, ideation, and seasonal merchandising refreshes.
- Partner with Shared Services/Support for order entry, SO/PO management, and client service delivery.
- Maintain program documentation, including SOPs, playbooks, and reporting dashboards.
- Ensure all program orders are processed on time, meeting client expectations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all program-related conversations with clients and vendors.
- Collaborate with ISPs, who lead ad hoc/drop-ship business, while PMs own program execution and relationships.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, fostering loyalty and long-term retention.
- Lead program-specific client meetings, presentations, and strategy discussions, ensuring seamless communication and proactive issue management.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Drive program revenue growth and profitability, ensuring financial goals are met or exceeded.
- For ISP-led accounts, PMs focus on program revenue; ISPs own ad hoc/drop-ship sales. For house accounts, PMs own both program and account revenue growth.
- Lead the program portion of Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), presenting KPIs and strategy, while ISPs (if involved) present ad hoc sales opportunities.
- Identify opportunities to optimize program workflows, tools, and processes for efficiency.
- Partner with internal teams to address technical or workflow issues impacting programs.
- Collaborate with leadership for escalations and long-term strategy alignment.
- Compile and analyze program data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple programs and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of vendor management, merchandising, and order fulfillment.
- Strong analytical ability to drive data-based decisions.
- Ability to manage relationships in a dual ownership model with ISPs—respecting swim lanes and ensuring client clarity.
- Experience in sales, marketing, or account management within a similar industry is preferred.
