About the role
- Own the client relationship and serve as the primary point of contact
- Lead all client communication including regular calls, updates, and issue resolution
- Establish and manage client expectations to ensure a successful partnership
- Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders
- Provide oversight and direction across inventory planning, fulfillment operations, and vendor coordination
- Analyze program performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Deliver regular reporting on program performance, inventory, and fulfillment activity
Requirements
- Strong client relationship management and communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to manage complex, high-volume programs with multiple moving parts
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on execution
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to act quickly in high-pressure situations
- Ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams
- Experience managing client requests from intake through execution (quoting, proposals, order creation)
- Ability to prioritize and manage high volumes of inbound requests in a fast-paced environment
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability for both client experience and operational outcomes
- Experience in promotional products, branded merchandise, or a related industry (preferred)
