About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the client relationship and serve as the primary point of contact
Lead all client communication including regular calls, updates, and issue resolution
Establish and manage client expectations to ensure a successful partnership
Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders
Provide oversight and direction across inventory planning, fulfillment operations, and vendor coordination
Analyze program performance and identify opportunities for improvement
Deliver regular reporting on program performance, inventory, and fulfillment activity

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong client relationship management and communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Ability to manage complex, high-volume programs with multiple moving parts
Strong organizational and project management skills
Ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on execution
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to act quickly in high-pressure situations
Ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams
Experience managing client requests from intake through execution (quoting, proposals, order creation)
Ability to prioritize and manage high volumes of inbound requests in a fast-paced environment
Strong sense of ownership and accountability for both client experience and operational outcomes
Experience in promotional products, branded merchandise, or a related industry (preferred)
