About the role

  • International Business & Logistics Oversee the setup and enablement of international inventory hubs and branded merchandise programs.\n
  • Drive program innovation and identify opportunities to expand international fulfillment capabilities.\n
  • Facilitate strategic planning, regular business reviews, and international client communication touchpoints.\n
  • Navigate overseas shipping, production, and fulfillment processes.\n
  • Enterprise-Level Account Experience Serve as the primary relationship and sales lead for a high-profile global client account.\n
  • Guide the strategic direction of the client’s global branded merchandise programs.\n
  • Build and maintain senior-level client relationships with a consultative, solution-oriented approach.\n
  • Represent the client’s needs internally while promoting scalable, brand-aligned solutions.\n
  • Overseas Partnerships Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and international partners.\n
  • Demonstrate familiarity with international logistics, overseas production partners, and cross-border fulfillment strategies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in the branded merchandise or promotional products industry.\n
  • Proven success managing large enterprise and/or global client accounts.\n
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills with executive-level stakeholders.\n
  • Ability to think strategically, problem-solve proactively, and drive client growth.\n
  • Experience supporting or overseeing international service delivery, logistics, or vendor coordination.\n
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and NetSuite is a strong plus.\n
  • Preference given to candidates in the greater Cincinnati, OH or Austin, TX areas and Central/Eastern time zones.
