About the role

  • Collaborate with internal teams and sales partners on new and existing client store programs.
  • Translate requirements from key stakeholders into functional online stores.
  • Build, modify, and maintain online solutions using Boundless proprietary technology and third-party SaaS platforms (Shopify, Liftoff Commerce, OrderMyGear, etc.).
  • Configure store back-end infrastructure to meet client needs and ensure mobile responsiveness, accessibility, and data security.
  • Provide data entry, code manipulation, and graphic/image uploads to support online store implementations and modifications.
  • Write, edit, and troubleshoot HTML and CSS3 within established templates.
  • Upload and manage content, images, and product data for store implementations.
  • Maintain strong brand alignment across client programs.
  • Manage scope and expectations, keeping stakeholders informed through proactive communication and project updates.
  • Support ongoing enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks related to the implementation and launch of client technology solutions.

Requirements

  • High school diploma and 2+ years of relevant business or technical experience.
  • Hands-on experience with eCommerce platforms like Shopify, Liftoff Commerce, and OrderMyGear required.
  • Functional experience with HTML and CSS3 preferred.
  • Familiarity with web accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and data security principles (a plus).
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (a plus).
