Own the end-to-end DSC operational process
Monitor and improve key DSC performance metrics
Partner closely with creditor and DSC partners
Manage staffing requirements for the DSC segment
Develop, document, and continuously refine DSC-specific playbooks
Build and maintain DSC performance dashboards
Collaborate cross-functionally with Compliance, Legal, Product, and Account Management
Identify automation and technology opportunities in the DSC workflow
Serve as the internal subject matter expert on DSC operations

Requirements

5+ years of experience in collections, debt settlement, or recovery operations
Bachelor's degree in business, operations, finance, or a related field
Deep familiarity with the debt settlement ecosystem
Demonstrated ability to manage and improve operational processes
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data tools (Excel, SQL, BI platforms)
Experience managing cross-functional relationships
Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
