Key responsibilities & impact

Lead small initiatives within your squad in partnership with Product and Design.
Lead large initiatives within your squad in partnership with Product and Design.
Help lead your domain, owning multiple initiatives from inception to completion.
Collaborate on technical vision while promoting a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Champion the maintenance and continuous improvement of an observable, secure, and efficient codebase.
Lead and mentor engineers in career development, encouraging skill enhancement and ownership opportunities.
Partner with product, design, marketing, and executive stakeholders throughout the product delivery lifecycle in order to achieve outcomes that align with company objectives.
Participate in an on-call rotation.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Senior Engineer I: 5+ years of full-stack experience building well-architected systems at scale.
Senior Engineer II: 6+ years of full-stack experience building well-architected systems at scale.
Track record of leading and delivering complex projects by partnering with others to define and scope smaller deliverables that yield incremental value to the business and customers.
Desire to work in a high-velocity environment, continuously learning, and mastering your craft.
If you're a front-end specialist, you have experience building great user experiences with an eye for design.
If you’re a backend specialist, you’re proficient in modern backend system design and architecture.
