Mid-Market Account Executive
BoulevardMid-Market Account Executive converting multi-location prospects into partners for Boulevard's client experience platform. Driving revenue through consultative selling in the self-care industry.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and close.
- Manage a high volume of Mid-Market opportunities with 1-3 months sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
- Lead consultative sales conversations with founders, operators, regional managers, and ownership group.
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations and business recommendations based on customer goals and operational needs.
- Drive urgency and momentum throughout the sales process while maintaining a strong customer experience.
- Conduct pricing and contract negotiations confidently and professionally.
- Close new business consistently against monthly and quarterly targets.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3–5 years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience.
- Experience selling Mid-Market or multi-location accounts preferred.
- Background selling into beauty, aesthetics, medspa, wellness, or self-care businesses strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to manage moderate-length sales cycles with multiple decision-makers.
- Experience selling operational software, CRM, payments, POS, or business management platforms is a plus.
