About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and close.
  • Manage a high volume of Mid-Market opportunities with 1-3 months sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
  • Lead consultative sales conversations with founders, operators, regional managers, and ownership group.
  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations and business recommendations based on customer goals and operational needs.
  • Drive urgency and momentum throughout the sales process while maintaining a strong customer experience.
  • Conduct pricing and contract negotiations confidently and professionally.
  • Close new business consistently against monthly and quarterly targets.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3–5 years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience.
  • Experience selling Mid-Market or multi-location accounts preferred.
  • Background selling into beauty, aesthetics, medspa, wellness, or self-care businesses strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage moderate-length sales cycles with multiple decision-makers.
  • Experience selling operational software, CRM, payments, POS, or business management platforms is a plus.
