About the role
- Design and execute multi-channel lifecycle programs (email, in-app, SMS)
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to translate new feature releases into lifecycle campaigns
- Partner with Customer Success to define and act on expansion triggers
- Own campaign logic within Customer.io and Chameleon
- Work closely with Ops, Data, and Engineering
- Analyze campaign performance and customer behavior
- Collaborate to create a connected customer lifecycle experience
Requirements
- 3+ years in lifecycle marketing, customer marketing, or retention/growth marketing roles (preferably in SaaS)
- Proven experience building and optimizing lifecycle campaigns that increase product usage and drive account expansion
- Strong technical fluency with Customer.io, Chameleon, and segmentation logic
- Working knowledge of Salesforce, Snowflake, and Sigma
- Ability to independently manage multiple initiatives across cross-functional teams
- Excellent execution and measurement skills.
