About the role

  • Design and execute multi-channel lifecycle programs (email, in-app, SMS)
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to translate new feature releases into lifecycle campaigns
  • Partner with Customer Success to define and act on expansion triggers
  • Own campaign logic within Customer.io and Chameleon
  • Work closely with Ops, Data, and Engineering
  • Analyze campaign performance and customer behavior
  • Collaborate to create a connected customer lifecycle experience

Requirements

  • 3+ years in lifecycle marketing, customer marketing, or retention/growth marketing roles (preferably in SaaS)
  • Proven experience building and optimizing lifecycle campaigns that increase product usage and drive account expansion
  • Strong technical fluency with Customer.io, Chameleon, and segmentation logic
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce, Snowflake, and Sigma
  • Ability to independently manage multiple initiatives across cross-functional teams
  • Excellent execution and measurement skills.
