About the role

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and managers across assigned client groups, guiding people strategy and execution.
  • Act as a thought partner providing proactive insights and coaching on leadership effectiveness, team dynamics, and organizational design.
  • Translate business strategy into people strategy, aligning workforce planning, talent needs, and organizational priorities.
  • Support managers with performance management, coaching, and feedback practices.
  • Guide leaders through talent reviews, compensation/promotion cycles, succession planning, and career development initiatives.
  • Partner with L&D to identify capability gaps and enablement needs.
  • Lead change management efforts and ensure smooth adoption of new programs, structures, or processes.
  • Partner with leaders on engagement and retention strategies; analyze surveys, attrition, and feedback to provide actionable insights.
  • Lead strategic workforce planning and drive DEIB initiatives within business units.
  • Serve as first point of contact for complex employee relations; provide guidance on policy, compliance, and employment law with Legal.
  • Collaborate with People Operations and Total Rewards to ensure delivery of core HR programs.
  • Use people analytics to guide decision-making and create dashboards and reports for leaders.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive HR/People Business Partner experience, ideally in high-growth SaaS or tech environments.
  • Proven ability to influence and coach senior leaders while balancing business priorities with employee advocacy.
  • Experience navigating complex employee relations with judgment and discretion.
  • Strong knowledge of organizational design, performance management, and leadership development.
  • Comfort with data and analytics; ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • A bias for action; ability to proactively identify organizational needs and effectively partner to achieve the right solutions.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; ability to operate with agility in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative, low-ego approach and commitment to Boulevard’s values and culture.
  • Ability to operate with high autonomy and sound judgment as an individual contributor.
