About the role
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and managers across assigned client groups, guiding people strategy and execution.
- Act as a thought partner providing proactive insights and coaching on leadership effectiveness, team dynamics, and organizational design.
- Translate business strategy into people strategy, aligning workforce planning, talent needs, and organizational priorities.
- Support managers with performance management, coaching, and feedback practices.
- Guide leaders through talent reviews, compensation/promotion cycles, succession planning, and career development initiatives.
- Partner with L&D to identify capability gaps and enablement needs.
- Lead change management efforts and ensure smooth adoption of new programs, structures, or processes.
- Partner with leaders on engagement and retention strategies; analyze surveys, attrition, and feedback to provide actionable insights.
- Lead strategic workforce planning and drive DEIB initiatives within business units.
- Serve as first point of contact for complex employee relations; provide guidance on policy, compliance, and employment law with Legal.
- Collaborate with People Operations and Total Rewards to ensure delivery of core HR programs.
- Use people analytics to guide decision-making and create dashboards and reports for leaders.
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive HR/People Business Partner experience, ideally in high-growth SaaS or tech environments.
- Proven ability to influence and coach senior leaders while balancing business priorities with employee advocacy.
- Experience navigating complex employee relations with judgment and discretion.
- Strong knowledge of organizational design, performance management, and leadership development.
- Comfort with data and analytics; ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- A bias for action; ability to proactively identify organizational needs and effectively partner to achieve the right solutions.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; ability to operate with agility in a fast-paced environment.
