About the role

  • Prospect, secure, and grow partnerships directly with top national and regional restaurant brands and their corporate marketing and franchise development teams
  • Sell Local Hero’s local marketing platform and managed service solutions, designed to activate and optimize marketing at the franchise and store level
  • Collaborate with clients to build scalable franchise marketing programs that drive local visibility, sales, and consistency across markets
  • Manage complex, multi-stakeholder relationships involving corporate marketing, digital, and franchise operations leadership
  • Partner with operations, analytics, and product teams to develop, position, and optimize platform offerings and sales pitches
  • Lead the enterprise onboarding and contracting process, ensuring smooth rollout and adoption within franchise systems
  • Represent the company as a thought leader at key industry conferences and events

Requirements

  • 5+ years in enterprise B2B sales, business development, or account management in marketing technology, digital advertising, or franchise enablement
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent work experience
  • Proven success selling multi-location marketing solutions, SaaS platforms, or digital performance programs at the enterprise level
  • Demonstrated ability to close and grow large corporate accounts within the restaurant, QSR, retail, or hospitality verticals
  • Strong CRM proficiency (HubSpot preferred) and disciplined pipeline management skills
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation expertise, especially with executive and cross-functional decision makers.
