About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver engaging (virtual) live workshops on AI topics, ensuring they align with Bots & People’s social blended learning approach
- Teach mainly executives and leaders in top enterprises
- Collaborate with other educators and industry experts to ensure the highest quality of educational content
- Stay updated with the latest developments in AI and related fields
- Assess and provide feedback on participants’ progress
- Offer personalized guidance to enhance participants’ understanding and skills in AI technologies
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the training curriculum
- Gather participant feedback and implement innovative teaching methods
- Help enterprises upskill at scale through AI, Data, and Personal Productivity initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of experience in training executive in Digital Skills - ideally generative AI
- 10+ years professional experience in enterprise IT or Digital Transformation
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners
- Flexibility to work on a freelance basis with availability for live workshops and sessions — mostly online, but also potentially onsite
