About the role
- Create learning programs focused on AI, Data, and personal productivity
- Report to the Head of Learning & Operations
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Design, and a team of experienced Learning Consultants and Customer Success Managers
- Lead strategic content development and manage e‑learning translation/localization, rebranding, and slide creation
- Structure learning content and assets for scalability
- Coordinate timelines, resources, and trainers; work closely with Learning Consultants and CSMs
- Ensure programs run smoothly, on time, and within scope
- Translate customers’ upskilling and reskilling needs into programs that deliver measurable ROI
- Source and collaborate with trainers to ensure consistent instructional quality
- Iterate programs based on learner data and evidence
- Build e‑learning content, live sessions, and blended learning journeys using tools such as Articulate Rise, Sana, and/or Canva
- Create marketing content (social media posts, e‑books, blog articles) in collaboration with the marketing team
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in instructional design or content creation, ideally in an agency or consulting environment
- Based in Europe
- Experience working on customer-facing projects and setups
- Experience designing learning programs, particularly blended learning concepts
- Experience working at a startup with 10–50 employees
- Motivated to take ownership and help shape the company
- Ability to translate business goals into effective learning interventions
- Strong documentation mindset: as a remote-first company, we document processes to ensure seamless handovers and team alignment
- Familiarity with enterprise client communication and a proven ability to listen, persuade, and support
- UX or design background
- Training and workshop facilitation skills
- Strong understanding of AI and automation technologies
- Data-driven mindset and ability to analyze and build reports
