About the role
- Scale awareness of Bots & People within the enterprise segment and convert target accounts into revenue
- Collaborate closely with the CEO, Lead Designer, and Enterprise Account Executive
- Plan, host, and optimize webinars and events
- Lead personalized ABM campaigns in partnership with Sales
- Own LinkedIn and Meta campaigns end-to-end
- Maintain a consistent, reliable content engine
- Track funnel metrics and manage lead reporting
Requirements
- 4–8 years of experience in B2B growth/demand generation, ABM, or field marketing at startups or scale-ups
- Strong copywriting and messaging skills for email, LinkedIn, and landing pages
- Excellent English and good German
- Experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Meta Ads is a plus
- Proficiency with CRM/marketing automation, analytics, data enrichment, and webinar/event tools
