About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own and maintain the company's SaaS metrics model (ARR, churn, new business)
Analyze financial performance vs. budget and forecast
Partner with the Accounting team to review monthly financial data
Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages for the Board and investors
Grow into a Finance Business Partner role for US-based teams
Contribute to the budgeting and forecasting process
Manage monthly and quarterly commission calculations for US teams
Continuous improvement of FP&A processes by embedding AI and automation
Act as an early adopter of AI-powered Finance tools

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA is a plus
3–4 years of relevant experience in FP&A at a high-growth SaaS or tech company, Transaction Services or Deals Advisory at a Big 4 firm, or investment banking / corporate finance
Familiarity with SaaS metrics (ARR, churn, CAC, LTV) and subscription business models
Advanced financial modeling skills in Excel or Google Sheets; strong presentation skills in PowerPoint or Google Slides
Experience with or curiosity about BI and financial planning tools (e.g., Pigment, Abacum) is a plus
Confident navigating cross-functional discussions
Strong financial and business acumen
Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot)
